01 / Challenge
People choose a profession on trust.
The school has a rigorous program and serious accreditation, but a prospective student needs to understand in seconds: what is taught here, how long it takes, and whether the diploma is worth having.
I went through the site the way an applicant would. The program and the state accreditation are strong, but they're buried near the bottom, and the flagship program plus 11 directions blur the choice instead of clarifying it. So the job wasn't to redecorate the page. It was to build a route: profession, then program, then hours, then enrollment.
Three core problems

The flagship and 11 continuing-education tracks had to be presented without overwhelming prospective students.
- Establishing trust
The state license and EAGT membership needed to be prominent, not buried in the footer.
- A clear path to apply
From "what is this profession" to "sign up for a cohort," with as few clicks as possible.

The site is built as a deliberate flow: programs, schedule, library, enrollment. Each section answers the next question a prospective student naturally asks.
